Profile Completion Requirement for Service Providers
- Profile Completeness for Publication:
Service provider profiles must meet minimum completeness standards to be published on the platform. Incomplete profiles will not be visible to clients until they are sufficiently completed. The completeness of the profile will be judged by Snapwork’s moderator, and the minimum required information includes but is not limited to:

- Pricing details
- A description of the person and/or services offered
- Moderation of Profiles:
Snapwork reserves the right to determine whether a profile is sufficiently completed and can approve or reject a profile at its discretion. Service providers will be notified if their profiles are incomplete and will be given the opportunity to provide the necessary information.
User Communication Policy
- In-Platform Initial Contact Required:
To ensure transparency and allow Snapwork to track the effectiveness of the platform,all initial communication between clients and service providers must be conducted via Snapwork’s built-in messaging system. This allows us to monitor the success of connections made through the platform.
- Subsequent Contact:
After the initial contact has been established through Snapwork’s messaging system, users are permitted to exchange personal contact information (such as email, phone numbers, or social media links) and continue their communication outside of the platform, if they wish.
- Prohibited Sharing of External Contact Information Before Initial Contact:
Users are not allowed to share personal contact details or external links (such as emails, phone numbers, social media profiles, or third-party websites) in their profiles or any other part of the platform before making initial contact through Snapwork’s messaging system. Any such information shared before initial contact will be removed.

Snapwork aims to provide a trusted and transparent platform for local services. By ensuring that initial contact happens within the platform, we can:
